Moving
When I heard we were moving,
I was happy and sad,
I knew it was good,
But I felt it was bad .
It was good because I would make lots of new friends,
But I thought,
Would I ever see my friends here again?
When I asked my mom she said''Why yes!"
"Thanks" I answered "Your the best!"
After dinner we went to Klines
The ice cream shop and got in line.
I asked my dad, "Can Caspian come?"
"Yes" said my dad "Moving will be fun."
"Ya, I guess" I answered him,
But heres one thing I learned,
You see,
The one thing you need is your family!

Great expression of your feelings! I understand that you are sad to leave home, but think your outlook on the positives of moving are very mature! I just moved to the area about seven months ago and can tell you that it is a good one!
